CMMC Level 3 Gap Assessment

Slate's approach to performing gap assessments will help create a roadmap to achieve CMMC Compliance by helping your business unit leaders prioritize their security controls while assessing their gaps. To achieve this, we walk through the following:
- Gap assessment against CMMC Level 3 controls.
- We will utilize Future Feed (1yr license is included) to create the scope and full assessment, while using their comprehensive artifacts repository to store the appropriate evidence.
- Working closely with each business unit leader, evaluating their role to satisfy the family of controls they are accountable for.
- Deliverables will include a debrief, SSP and POAM/Project buildout to provide the appropriate roadmap needed to achieve compliance.
